Job description
• Preparation of monthly P&L, BS, and explanatory notes
• Monitoring of expenses with the Company Budget
• Update/monitor cashflow forecast with actual
• Ensuring the required documentation for payment processing and general ledger postings and filling
• Petty cash process, maintaining related documentation and filling, Ledger postings, Preparation of summary report on a monthly basis
• supplier bills, sub contractor bills posting into Ledger, Collect supporting, Filling and submit information to monthly cashflow
• Ensuring 100% regulatory compliances including statutory audit of the company
Required skills
• 2 years of experience in the same field – experience in the construction field is an added advantage
• Full or part qualification in CIMA/ AAT
• Should be a team player
