Description
The Job
To achieve given monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales targets through the promotion of all available Dialog Enterprise products/ solutions to new and existing customers
Ensure to comply with standard compliance when acquiring new customers by ensuring proper documentation is in line with the required standards
Responsible to carryout Bizcare adoption campaign to new and existing customers by providing necessary training and system knowledge
Responsible to carryout related collections from customers in order to achieve the monthly revenue targets for the SME base
Provide inputs for process, product improvements and techniques to minimize ground and operational inefficiencies
Follow up and timely execution of Customer Agreement Renewals
Responsible to report sales achievement on a timely basis as per the divisional requirement
Responsible to update and record of all sales activities carried out on a current basis
Visit all customers under the respective teams to ensure they are well secured /revenue growth through cross and up sell and zero Churn
Collate customer needs and requirements to specifically identify customer requirements
Organize loyalty events based on segments in order to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction
Entry Requirements
The Person
G.C.E Advanced Level
Diploma in Sales / Management / Marketing will be an added advantage
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the sales field
Should have analytical skills and fluency in all three languages
