About the position

  • As an account manager, you are the main point of contact for our customers. You build relationships with our customers. Together with the client, you will research a client’s business goals and then help them build their team & recruiting plans to achieve these goals. Once the goals are clear, you will actively work with the energetic talent acquisition team in Sri Lanka to find the right talent. After the successful placement of the candidate, you and the HR team in Sri Lanka ensure a warm relationship with the software development team. Because you know better than anyone that the international market for software engineers is very competitive and that is why you know what we must do to retain the best software talent.
  • Your focus will therefore be on customer satisfaction, which can be translated into upsell, expanding their current team in Sri Lanka & Portugal. In addition, in collaboration with the recruitment team; a fast time-to-hire and together with the HR team; high employee engagement & retention in the teams in Sri Lanka & Portugal.
  • Responsible for 10-20 cool tech scale-ups
  • Customer satisfaction, customer churn & upsell, recruitment, and employee retention.
  • Quarterly business meetings with customers
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Further expanding and shaping our account management approach
REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate

  • The ideal candidate has experience working in the (international-) recruitment, secondment, and/or tech sector, you are familiar with the dynamics of a fast-paced growth company, and you know how to strengthen customer relationships.
  • You will not only work with fast-growing companies, but you will work in a fast-growing company too. We believe that you need to possess certain skills and attitudes to become successful in such an environment. Meaning you have a growth mindset, you can work independently, you’re good with numbers & data, you are confident in proposing (and implementing) changes to increase scalability and productivity. Juggling multiple balls in the air is something you’re a native too and naturally, you start every day prioritizing your efforts to maximize your impact.
  • We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. We believe that you’ll be able to do that if you have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience. If you have more work experience, that is even better.
  • And of course; you are a nice person, and have a good level of energy and motivation to keep improving yourself every day.
