Qualifications

• Must have worked for two-years for a UK Company practice in a BPO service as a minimum.
• Completed ACCA, CIMA or ICAEW – Part qualified or fully qualified.
• Good Communication skills being able to deal with difficult clients.
• Must have a “can-do attitude” and attention to detail
• Meeting the set deadlines effectively.
• Being accountable and supportive

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Statutory Accounts without assistance from banks statement levels, bank reconciliations, or clearing ledger queries. The loading to Taxcalc ensures the TB is loaded correctly. To finally, produce the accounts for senior members of the team to check this and advise further. Once all queries have been answered both from client and the team then complete the fillings.
• Filing with Companies house and HMRC for both accounts and CT filling.
• Preparing Self-assessment, requesting the information from the client, preparing the self-assessment in tax calc and then filling with HMRC.
• Setting up new clients in bright pay for payroll, preparing the pay slips, explaining to the clients the tax threshold. Ensuring that in a timely manner that the payroll is completed. Advising the client what they need to pay their staff, what the tax needs to be paid to HMRC. Also, what Salary they can take out themselves if they are a director or an employee of the Company
• Dealing with client queries both over the phone and email. Explaining tax matter to a client who does not understand accounts and taxes.
