Accounts Assistant – (Nawala Road, Colombo)

Job Descripton

1. Complete the sales invoice for the month on time
2. Organizing the invoice and documents accurately
3. Ensure the accuracy of invoice and EBS .
4. Preparing invoice without compliance to credit norms.
5. Achieve the ledger collection targets for month
6. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.
7. Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions
8. Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
9. Visiting Banks and other bodies when required for cheque deposits and bill payments
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: AAT/CA Qualification (Full / Partial Qualification can be considered)

Experience : Possess a minimum 1 experience in the field ( Without Experience also can be considered )

Remuneration : 50k – 60k ( Negotiable)

Additional Skills:

Candidate should have good English communication, Enthusiastic to work for long tenure, Good knowledge of MS office package and posses a positive approach towards working as a team.
