Administration/Operations Executive
About the job
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other departments and attend to their inquiries with related to administrative procedures and maintaining databases.
- Maintain relevant records for the office equipment, mobile SIMs and issue logs.
- Handle all procurement related matters (ordering of stationery, equipment act) and coordinating with relevant vendors.
- Attend to all transport and event arrangements of the Company.
- Liaise with relevant personnel for document delivery, building and office maintenance.
- Present reports as and when required by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fully/Part qualified in HR, Administration or Operations Management from a reputed institute.
- Minimum of one-year experience in a similar capacity.
- Possess a sound academic background with G.C.E O/L & G.C.E A/L.
- Excellent communication (both English & Sinhala) and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated and passionate individual with positive attitudes.
- Computer Literate (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and being tech savvy would be an added advantage.
- Highly organized with attention & ability to work under minimum supervision.
