Role Purpose
Role Responsibilities
- Research, analyze press releases, company announcements, mutual fund announcements, Stock Exchange bulletins for payment related information.
- Become a subject matter expert on dividends, capital gains, and issue level corporate actions such as stock splits, stock distributions, reverse splits, and spin-offs.
- Be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and timeliness in regard to your daily responsibilities.
- Monitor company websites and various news sites for related data.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Business degree preferred.
- Strong Research and Analytical skills
- High level of written and oral communication in the English language
- Self-motivated, team player who demonstrate ability to solve problems with minimal supervision
- Team Player
- Willingness to work according to USA working hrs
- Good interpersonal skills
- Some knowledge of the nature of the business, eagerness to learn & able to function in a fast pace environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Acces
