Architect – Java / Web

We are looking for dynamic Architects to join our Research and Development center in Colombo. You will work with a team of Software Architects and Product Managers to conceptualize, design, and implement mission-critical enterprise healthcare solutions for foreign clients. You will also be responsible for reviewing current architecture and defining the future architecture, design alternatives, architectural road maps, and transition plans. As an architect, you will have to provide architectural consultation and technical mentorship while leading the teams through the software development process of developing a complex healthcare solution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of development experience participating in the entire SDLC in increasingly demanding technical leadership roles
• Specialized in design/development of modern web-based solutions using HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, Angular, NgRx / Redux, Node JS
• Significant experience in solution architecture experience in articulating technical specifications for enterprise applications using suitable tools (e.g., UML)
• Possess a strong understanding of architectural framework and architecture patterns
• Experience in using profiling and Load Testing tools such as YourKit, Java Mission Control, JMeter, MSSQL Profiler, and Chrome Dev Tools, Redux Dev Tools, amongst others
• Experience working with remote development teams
• In-depth and hands-on experience in services-based Software Development and have an intimate understanding of Agile processes
• Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of stakeholders
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience working with clients in a similar capacity is an added advantage
• Be a good team player
