Assistant Catering Manager
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in all the key aspects of Catering Services. He is responsible for performing the planning and management of catered events. The duties include consulting with customers to determine their catering requirements, supervising catering staff, and coordinating the preparation and serving of food during events. The selected candidate is required to work closely with the other functional areas of the company and the SBUs located Island wide.
Graduate/Diploma holder of a recognized Hotel School.
Minimum of 07 years of experience in the Hotel Industry.
Ability to communicate proficiently in the English & Sinhala languages.
