Assistant Customer Service Manager

What Does a Customer Service Manager Do?

Job Profile

Maintain and deliver a high standard of service to the customers.

• Ensure customer inquiries are handled effectively and efficiently.

• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests

• Issue receipts for payments and coordinate with customers for deeds transfers

• Maintain individual customer files and update information into the system (SAP)

 

Professional Profile

Minimum 3-5 Years experience in a similar capacity

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English

• Possess good negotiation and convincing skills

• A team player and a passion for driving toward excellence
