Assistant Manager, Academic Planning & Governance

The Registrar’s Office, SASD, requires an independent, organized and meticulous Assistant Manager to support the Deputy Director in Graduate Education planning which is overseen by Associate Provost (Graduate Education) and Dean (Graduate College).
Responsibilities
- Support the academic planning function for Graduate Education through data consolidation and analysis
- Handles data for analysis and reporting purposes for compliance and governance purposes
- Execute the Graduate Intake and Enrolment Planning Process
- Prepare Intake and enrolment reports for Certification purposes
Requirements
- University degree with minimum 3 years of work experience
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Good working knowledge of database, data collation and integration
- Meticulous and good with data
- Experience in process management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Track record in working with people from diverse background and levels
- Self-Motivated and takes initiative
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
