Key purpose of the Job

The Assistant Manager – Bonding Technology is responsible for developing bonding capability by providing cost effective and innovative styles of bonding samples as per customer requirement. The role holder is also responsible for overseeing the overall bonding development process from identifying viable methods to testing. Ensuring On time delivery (OTD), First time true (FTT), quality and end customer satisfaction on bonding samples is key to the position.
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring the development of cost effective and innovative bonding style as per the customers requirement.
2. Reviewing the documents and reports for smooth execution of the Bonding development process
3. Collaborating with internal and external stake holders for achievement of bonding development objectives and managing the team.
