Requirements

• Should be a Member of CA Sri Lanka

• Two years of post-qualification experience.

• Exposure to Audits of Financial Institutions would be an added advantage.

• An analytical approach to work

• Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature

• Problem-solving skills and initiative

• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

Drive the company’s financial strategy to achieve the corporate vision Budgeting, forecasting, optimizing cost and applying controls across the board to make sure the organization is in line with the budget Manage treasury and ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations Ensure a proper management information system is maintained across the organization to support fact based decisions at all levels. Ensure compliance with the law, statutory requirements, company’s policies etc. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments Manage short term liquidity through efficient balance sheet financing techniques Ensure Corporate governance at all levels
