This position engages key stakeholders ie. faculty, staff, students, their parents and alumni in fostering a culture of giving and in implementing annual giving programmes. Specifically, the incumbent is expected to propose, develop and roll out dynamic and relevant Graduation Giving campaigns and programmes to secure sustained giving and meet fundraising targets. Additionally, the candidate is also expected to co-promote, synergise projects and collaterals with Annual Giving (AG) colleagues for coherent marketing efforts, that support AG outcomes in general.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Propose, develop and roll out dynamic and relevant Graduation Giving campaigns and programmes to secure sustained giving from students, parents and graduating students.
  • Incorporate datasets, benchmarks, measurement metrics to track progress and outcomes.
  • Meet fundraising targets duly.
  • Co-Promote, synergise projects and collaterals with AG colleagues for coherent marketing efforts, that support AG outcomes in general.
  • To add value in achieving fundraising targets for Annual Giving Programmes via a range of communications activities from electronic direct mailers and direct mailers, brochures, website and relevant appeals in alignment with UAO’s quarterly/annual communications plan.
  • To provide annual giving support towards UAO’s campaign targets.
  • Engage and forge closer connections with NTU’s 275,000 alumni pool.

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • A University Degree with a minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing communications, event management, and fundraising.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and interact effectively with all levels of people.
  • Numerical, comfortable with analysis of data.
  • Strong writing, fundraising and turn-keying assignments within deadlines.
  • Thrives on producing strategic marketing communications with tested capabilities and problem-solving skills in campaigns and project-management.
  • Working proficiency in customer relationship management (BBCRM) is desirable.
  • Highly adept in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and multi-task.
