Assistant Manager, Masters Programme

An Assistant Manager (Postgraduate) is required to administer postgraduate programme for MSc courses.
Responsibilities:
- Programme and course administration for Master courses which includes admissions, course scheduling, timetabling, registration and programme matters
- Manage and execute marketing activities for student recruitment
- Coordinate accurate and prompt communication to students on procedures related to onboarding, fees and other student matters
- Arrange assignment of teaching assistants for classroom teaching
- Organize and plan student activities such as orientation, career talks, workshops/seminars
- Responsible for graduate alumni administration
- Assist Director with course proposal, outreach and other planned activities related to the programme
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 3 years professional experience preferably in academic institution
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Able to collaborate and engage with people at different levels of the organization
