The company is seeking the services of a dynamic candidate to serve in the position of a Asst. Product Manager.

JOB ROLE

· Create and manage effective partnerships with Mobile Operators and other clients, suppliers, and internal support teams to create and deliver products & services.

· Stay updated on relevant industry technology and market trends.

· Lead and manage the development of VAS product and marketing plans for new product launches and promotions to achieve company revenue goals.

· Manage day-to-day VAS operational tasks including developing new product concepts and other necessary coordination between internal & external teams to grow innovative lines of business or expand existing business performance.

· Ensure services launched achieve subscriber, penetration, usage levels revenue & profitability

· Perform regular reporting to relevant parties & other tasks as required by superiors.

· Monitor, report and improve product performance.

· Evaluate the financial aspects of product development such as budgets, expenditure, R & D requisitions and ROI.

· Sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure revenue & profitability of products/services.

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate (age below 35 years) with a sales & marketing driven personality and a proven track record.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Previous experience in Telco, IT, Digital, Mobile Values Added Services, Content/Music production fields will be an added advantage.

· Full/part qualifications in Sales/Marketing/Business Management from a recognized institute.
• Outgoing, self-motivated & result oriented individual to achieve business KPIs.

· Excellent relationship management and fluent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be flexible to adjust in a fast-changing environment and to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Fluency in MS Office suite.
