ASSISTANT MANAGER –PROJECT /CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS

JOB PROFILE

•Responsible for conducting new Site feasibility, Project Planning and Drawing, work allocation

•Monitor and update the management on new site progress

•Liaise and coordinate with contractors, land Lords and internal customers for the progression of site

•Monitor and provide feedback on material / services quality as per specification on Civil, interior, Electrical and Plumbing works etc. at site

•Project completion and handover (Physical & documented) monitoring as per the agreed timelines

•Monitor Snag list completion within target from new restaurant opening date

•Ensure that all purchases meet the Standard Operating Procedures and defined processes & guidelines of the company

•Responsible for new technology / process improvement / cost optimization activities

CANDIDATE PROFILE

•Should possess a degree in Civil Engineering with BSc/NDT/NCT/HNDE/TTI or equivalent

•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP operation (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)

•Hands on experience in working in EERP environment will be an added advantage

•Willingness to travel across the island

•Knowledge on AUTOCAD/MS Projects
