Assistant Manager – Sales
Tutopiya is a pioneer in quality online education and technology. Tutopiya provides its tutors and students with an enriching tutoring and learning experience on our evolving and unique platform. We are now on the lookout for an energetic & dynamic candidate based in Bangalore, India to join our Sales Team.
Working hours – Monday to Saturday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (IST)
Employment Type – Full-time / Permanent / Working From Home
Responsibilities:
• Identifying the students’ needs, matching them with the tutor profiles, and assigning tutors for trials accordingly.
• Finding your own leads and making outbound calls to prospects.
• Responding to incoming leads with the aim of converting them to positive sales.
• Handling inbound calls, chat inquiries, and emails in a professional manner.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required to the relevant teams
Ideal Profile:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
• Prior experience in a sales-related role, teaching, or ideally within the Education/ Tech industry will be an added advantage.
• Understanding international curriculums is a strong plus.
