Associate BA Lead

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE

• 3 – 5 year(s) experience in software Business Analysis.
• Experience in the relevant business areas and domains are preferred.
• Good interviewing, elicitation, communication, presentation, writing and problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of the business processes and basic knowledge on the development and modelling tools.
• Ability to formulate research and analysis studies, plan and reports analyze alternatives and use appropriate support and /or illustrative software.
• Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business analysis core responsibilities
• Responsible for the entire requirements management process within a project(s) – Ownership of BA process
• Detailed understanding of the overall scope of the project and managing scope related changes effectively
• Responsible to provide estimates for requirements elicitation, documentation and review activities
• Review of documentation for consistency and accuracy
