Associate BA Lead
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
- 3 – 5 year(s) experience in software Business Analysis.
- Experience in the relevant business areas and domains are preferred.
- Good interviewing, elicitation, communication, presentation, writing and problem solving skills.
- Good understanding of the business processes and basic knowledge on the development and modelling tools.
- Ability to formulate research and analysis studies, plan and reports analyze alternatives and use appropriate support and /or illustrative software.
- Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business analysis core responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire requirements management process within a project(s) – Ownership of BA process
- Detailed understanding of the overall scope of the project and managing scope related changes effectively
- Responsible to provide estimates for requirements elicitation, documentation and review activities
- Review of documentation for consistency and accuracy
