Associate HR Executive
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations, in a confidential and organized manner.
- Support employee relations efforts by providing guidance and assistance on HR-related inquiries, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to special HR projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR role at a IT Company is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft or Google applications.
