Associate Manager, ERP Support
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
– Defines and execute tasks and plan in scope for Finance Systems support, change or recovery
– Delivers support to Finance users and investigates and resolves application errors, data discrepancies, system issues and queries
– Ensure compliance with the Incident management processes and provide effective incident management and timely resolution
– Provide a high level of technical expertise and support and ensure compliance to all technical/data protection policies
– Provide input into the problem management process and own actions as a result of the process
– Identify & pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in Finance Systems domain
– Follows Finance Systems Support processes and overall execution framework to maintain SLA
– Contributes to technical exchanges with internal stakeholders during incident or solution definition
– Interacts with other teams and their expert to manage technical interactions related to service or function
– Measures and optimizes system performance where applicable
– Assists in defining acceptance tests for new or changed automated systems
– Proactively continues to build and apply relevant domain knowledge that may relate to workflows, data pipelines, business policies, configurations and constraints
Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelors degree or equivalent in an IT/Accounting related discipline
– Previous Experience in Cloud/ERP/Blackline systems would be beneficial Ex- Oracle/SAP
– Knowledge in SQL would be an added advantage
