Associate Manager – Finance
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial analysts who develop financial and valuation models and recommendations by conducting comprehensive financial analyses and utilizing appropriate methods.
- Manage and lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide insight on spending trends and cost-savings initiatives and margin opportunities.
- Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Analyze market trends and competitors periodically.
Requirements
- Fully qualified in CA (SL) / CIMA (UK) or ACCA (UK) and holding a relevant degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in auditing/accounting & finance at managerial level.
- Ability to work independently and meet the deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
