Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

What You’ll Do

The role would require a commitment to the company’s overall QA strategy and include the planning and execution of test and verification strategies. Understanding delivery requirements and constraints with delivery excellence in mind at all times will be paramount. The chosen candidate will be entrusted with the following tasks.

• Create comprehensive and well-structured test cases
• Perform Functional, Usability, Compatibility, and Cross Browser Testing
• Create issue reports, track bugs, and prepare QA release notes
• Explain test cases clearly during test case review meetings and collect feedback
• Maintain test environments and follow the QA process
• Active participation within Agile teams
• Have a strong end-user perspective and empathy when evaluating software applications
• Conduct demos effectively
• Be knowledgeable and up-to-date on software testing life cycle and best practices
• Execute Manual and Automated tests
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables

We Expect You To Have

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
