Associate System Support Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW
-QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE-
• Microsoft certification (MCP/MCSA)
• 2-3 years in an IT Help desk / desktop support environment.
• Good working knowledge of a range of technologies including Windows 2008/2012 Server, Windows.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 will be added advantage.
• Exposure to Cloud environment (storage and backup systems).
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure is an advantage
.
-OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES-
• Provide 1st & 2nd level support globally and escalate to the next support level.
• Ability to work 24×7 roster base.
• Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular windows server maintenance tasks.
• Hands on experience in Remote Desktop tools and good knowledge in Service desk systems.
• Understanding of network infrastructure environment (i.e. LAN/WAN)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to evaluate IT related issues effectively and assign tasks to appropriate resources.
• Friendly, flexible, adaptable.
