Associate Technical Lead – Angular Jobs at Gapstars in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka

• 4+ years of experience in JavaScript (ES6, TypeScript) and deep knowledge of Angular frameworks ( we are currently at 13.x )
• Familiarity with Angular material and Angular Flex layout.
• Familiarity with rxJS concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3) including modern CSS standards and use of pre-processors (e.g., Sass, PostCSS) as well as front-end build tools (Node, Webpack)
• Extensive experience working with third party APIs. Added advantage if you have experience with GraphQl.
• Demonstrable experience with testing frameworks and writing effective end-to-end automated test plans
• Demonstrable GitHub mastery.
• Writing industry standard code of highest quality for product development that should be modular and reusable across products.
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills

Nice to have;

• Demonstrable AWS experience (3+ years ) or wider cloud application development
• Demonstrable Wagtail / Django or other headless / CMS framework experience
• Server-side web technologies for API development
• Aspirations to move into full stack development
• DevOps, cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes) and CI/CD Deployment
• Experience with serverless environments (Firebase, AWS and Azure environments, Firestore, Cloud Functions)
• Strong experience of working with SQL and NoSqL restful database experience
• Strong understanding iterative lean application development
• Solid Unix/Linux and Shell skills. You must be comfortable working from the command line, using GitHub and running Docker
• Extensive experience in setting up and working in CI/CD environments.
