AWS Architect

Should have done at least 2-3 cloud migrations in the past
Understands AWS cloud infrastructure very well and should have a consultative approach
Hands on to a level that he can trouble shoot issues on his own from access, security , tagging perspective but am not looking for a Cloud terraform engineer. Good communication skills is a must.

An AWS engineer is an IT professional who creates, maintains, and evolves AWS cloud infrastructure for running applications. These infrastructures include production, test, and development environments , AWS engineers are expected to understand the core AWS services and apply best practices regarding security and scalability, Works alongside architecture teams when it comes to implementation and configuration of cloud services, Writes infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Terraform, or other similar technologies, Understands creating and provisioning cloud infrastructure that is reliable, scalable and supports the HA/DR business continuity requirements, Applies best practices and strategies in the creation and provisioning of cloud infrastructure, Works as part of the Cloud migration factory team to migrate an application from on-prem to cloud, Interacts with the testing team as needed to troubleshoot cloud workloads,
