• Identifying and prioritizing technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze and elicit requirements and provide clear documentation in various stages of development life cycle.
• Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with the development team.
• Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements.
• Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).

• 2 – 3 years of experience in similar IT industry.

• Having a sound knowledge of programming languages, database, and cloud technologies.
