Required Competencies

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to interface with onsite product team members and function as the single point of contact for all requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in writing user stories.
• Use cases and detailed software requirements specifications.
• Understanding of different business processes and industry best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coordinate projects with clients.
• Experience with working in Agile delivery models will be an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field from a recognized university/institute.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role.
