Responsibilities
Is an analytical thinker, with problem solving capabilities who has a good understanding backed by practices experiences in business process design, re- engineering and optimization. Understanding of software design and programming principals in automating business processes is required
Has very good communication skills, both written and verbal
Is an active team player who is able to work effectively in a complex, diverse and dynamically evolving environment
What we require
· 5-6 years of experience in software applications and analysis with 3-4 years’ experience in banking industry
· Demonstrated knowledge of Business Analysis; good understanding of system design concepts; knowledge of software usability principals, understating of testing principles and processes; ability to write functional specifications and review test cases
· BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering ,or equivalent exposure
