Job Description:
1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects i.e., Architects, Interior Designers and Builders
3. Managing the leads provided by the company. Explaining to the customer about the service provided.
4. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.
5. Handle customer service function efficiently.
6. Handling Customer queries for their Satisfaction and for Creating New Business Avenues.
7. Regular follow up with every client & focus upon customer satisfaction.
