What Does a Business Development Director Do?

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive for one of our clients.




• Degree, Diploma or equivalent Qualification in Marketing or relevant field.
• CIM or SLIM Qualification would be definite advantage.
• Min. 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume customer support environment.
• Prior experience in FMCG, Logistic, Freight forwarding and Construction industries will be given priority.
• Customer centricity paired with deep market understanding.
• Self –motivated proactive and open-minded personality.
• Excellent communications and presentation skill on all levels.
• High degree of flexibility and capabilities to handle various tasks in parallel including prioritization.




• Elaborate Marketing & Sales plan across a multi-disciplinary Industry aiming at development of the business and rapid growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with Clients.
• Define and achieve monthly sales objectives and marketing plans according to BV Strategic Plan.
• Ensure implementation and follow-up of all sales related action plans.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationship with relevant government authorities.
• Put in place and keep high efficiency of market information and industry intelligence system.
• Liaison with other BV countries, Technical Centers and related BLs to get the necessary support.
• Create a comprehensive and cohesive marketing presence to establish brand awareness across the country
