Job Description

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP system
  • Hold weekly meetings with senior business decision-makers
  • Collaborate with top management to establish ERP project business needs
  • Manage a team of ERP analysts to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP initiatives
  • Facilitate collaboration between various internal departments to create ERP system enhancements
  • Maintain close collaboration with Technical Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, Technical Solutions Manager, and Application Manager on a daily basis
  • Strive to establish procedures and continually improve them to attain efficiency
  • Monitor ERP system performance and capacity utilisation
  • Coordinate regular system maintenance and upgrades
  • Stay up-to-date on ERP industry trends and best practices
  • Develop policies and procedures related to ERP system use and administration
  • Create and maintain documentation for ERP system processes and configurations

Qualifications

Required: 

A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a post-graduate degree or qualification is beneficial. IFS knowledge is desirable but not essential.

Experience:

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. (Including experience in managing resources, and facilitation with technical teams and stakeholders)

Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master

Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods

Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence; working knowledge of program/project management software

Competencies:

Outstanding leadership and organizational skills; Excellent communication skills; Excellent problem-solving and conflict management ability; Ability to prioritize and multi-task; Proven ability to manage and execute projects, Experience in drafting and supporting client proposals, consulting skills beneficial
