Job Description

  • Manage outbound calls.
  • Handling customer queries and customer support.
  • Build sustainable relationship and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Qualification and Experience
  • Candidates should be between 18-35 years.
  • Possess good communication skills in English / Hindi Added Advantage.
  • Ability to speak Tamil/Hindi will be an added advantage.
  • “Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in similar field will be an added advantage.
Remuneration package basic salary + attendance bonuses and commissions exceeding Rs. 50,000.00
