Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, service-minded individuals with excellent communication and customer-facing skills to be part of our Emergency Support Team under Global Support Delivery Organization.
Primary Job Role
- Manage and own Major incidents until closure: take the communication heat away from those colleagues performing resolution of an urgent issue; not only is communication a distraction to resolution but it requires a different natural skill set if it is to be done with consummate professional ease;
- Own and follow-up accelerated customer requests;
- Evaluate and Classify(triage) incoming customer tickets and assign to relevant departments;
- Assist in scheduling of deployment of packaged code for customers hosted on IFS cloud platform;
- Work on a selected functional area in IFS products.
Qualifications
- A degree (IT related or Business Administration related);
- Strong written and spoken communicator in the English language;
- Excellent customer-facing skills;
- The ability to work in a distributed team set up on 24×7 shifts;
- 1 or 2 years of experience in IT operation especially on the customer-facing will be an added advantage;
- Able to create and maintain relationships, as well as make a good impression both personally and in representing IFS;
- Able to follow set processes but also to exercise judgement and work flexibly in the best interests of the customer and IFS.
