Responsibilities

Curriculum Development

• End-to-end process of syllabus development by understanding the learning needs of the foundation’s target audience
• Conduct research and consult with the target group, indirect beneficiaries, and relevant internal teams in the design and development of a new curriculum
• Create lesson plans & other documents as required

Training

• Conduct online training & information sessions on the foundation’s learning platforms

Administration

• Regular coordination with the foundation’s internal & external stakeholders in achieving project goals
• Manage student and research data as per the program scope
• Provide task progress reports as requested
• Document the curriculum development process as per the standard process
• Other administrative tasks requested by the Foundation

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT is preferred
• Proficiency in English writing & speaking is a must
• Proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage
