Customer Care Assistant
Your role as a Customer Care Assistant would be in brief, to receive calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints. Document each interaction with customers into our client database and ensure orders are fulfilled.
Qualifications and Experience
Passed GCE A/L.
1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
Outstanding phone and email etiquette
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills
Good inter-personal skills and friendly disposition.
Should be able to work with minimum supervision
Age: Be below 27 years
