We are looking for an energetic and result oriented professional to join our team as “Customer Care Specialist”
Ø Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external needs
Ø Good understanding of relevant policies, processes and practices
Ø Effective decision making with strong problem-solving skills, and situational judgements
Ø Ability to adapt and support organizational changes
Ø Confident in the use of technology with strong ITC skills (Facebook)
Ø Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Ø Ability to achieve targets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Ø School Leavers/ experience in call center would be an added advantage
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Fluent in speaking Sinhala. Ability to type in Sinhala/English would be an added advantage.
Ø Proven ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales and marketing initiatives
Ø Positive attitude and mindset
Ø Effective decision-making skills
Ø Handling customer rejections and objections
Ø Average Knowledge in MS Excel is a must
