About Responsibilities

• Help customers have a smooth onboarding experience to appiGo
• Carefully set up the menus of customers in the system.
• Take on newly-activated accounts and begin nurturing relationships
• Be responsible for developing and managing customer portfolios throughout the customer lifecycle
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
• Analyze customer health and set up goals to improve customer experience.
• Hold product demonstrations and training for customers.
• Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
• Mediate between clients and the organization.
• Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
• Minimize customer churn.

• Excellent English communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• A can-do attitude and the desire to go above and beyond in client interactions to positively impact performance numbers, suggest appropriate upsells, and represent the appiGo brand.
• Efficient data entry skills
• Sufficient business acumen and exceptional customer service approach
• Capability to understand the technology and help troubleshoot issues
