Sterling Automobiles Lanka is the sole authorized franchised service provider for vehicles that are exported by Sterling Japan with the Sterling Aftercare Guarantee. And the company operates five Sterling Aftercare Centers Island wide with the aim of offering post purchase care to these vehicles.

We are on the look for a dynamic and vibrant teammate who could be a part of our Team Customer Care. The selected candidate will perform responsibility in Customer Care unit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

• Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information

• Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information

Qualifications:

• A/L completed

• Prior experience in a similar role is a must

• Strong communication and people skills

• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Be computer literate in MS Office packages with Excellent / Advanced spreadsheet skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate and timely information in an orderly manner.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Possess excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala with interpersonal and influencing skills.
