Customer Service Executive
- Under direct supervision, provide administrative support for inbound/ outbound phone calls, emails, web based chats/instant messaging and multiple forms of voice and data centric communication related to customer service
- Administer simple customer requests such as inquiries, orders, service requirements and complaints over calls, emails, web based chats/instant messaging
- Undertake assigned tasks related to sales, service and customer satisfaction via phone, emails, web based chats/instant messaging
- Share information to service standard customer queries generated on telephone, emails, web based chats/instant messaging
- Provide product/ service related information to respond to customer inquiries
- Perform generally repetitive routine tasks such as data gathering, entering and validation
