Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities
· Answering inbound calls and assisting customers who have specific inquiries, issues, or problems.
· Provide tailored customer service at a high standard professional level
· Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by the client
· Updating changes of customer profiles in the CRM and the Ticketing systems
· Assisting customer inquiries or problems with professional communication over the phone & emails
· Determining problems or issues or complaints of the customers based on the nature or situations
· Proposing solutions for improvements and enhancements
· Support the call center team to achieve the fullest customer satisfaction with exceptional call quality & customer service.
· Ensure the calls are answered in a courteous, timely manner and directed to the relevant departments
· Provide continuous feedback on customer experiences to the Team Leaders and Call Center Manager
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information on routine call activities
· Adhere to the compliance, processes, and standards of the call center and the company
· Obliged to protect the data privacy of the customers and client companies
What we require
· Should possess an excellent command of the English language in both oral and written.(Hindi language skills will be added advantage)
· Minimum 1-yearexperience in Call Center /Tele sales/BPO/Customer Service environment
· Successful completion of G.C.E O/L and A/L examinations
· Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism
· Age criteria 21 – 35years
