Customer Success Specialist
Core Responsibilities
- Understanding customer outreach and online sales funnel fundamentals of different businesses
- Ability to research into diverse market/customer segments and different target markets
- Lead generation across different target audiences via appropriate marketing channels
- Setting of online appointments with diverse stakeholders
- Intelligent and sensitive discovery conversations to gather insight on pain points and needs
- Building rapport and nurturing professional relationships with individuals to ease subsequent sales conversations
- Collaborating with different teams/functions to leverage insight from discovery conversations
- Ensure customer success and customers reaching their unique goals is the number one priority
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in customer success, account or client service, or similar non-sales role
- Proven experience engaging with diverse stakeholders plus building and maintaining solid client relationships
- Great people skills including communication, listening, and persuasion skills
- Extremely strong command of English in both spoken and written form
- Sound knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and other marketing channels
- Good proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Marketing or Business Management focused academic or professional qualifications will entail an advantage
