We are looking for a D2C Consultant for a duration of 6 months for My Kiranna & Ushop (HUL’s internal platforms) to conduct a full evaluation of the on-platform shopper journeys

Business Context: HUL’s direct businesses include multiple consumer facing tech platforms across our Direct to Consumer & Hyperlocal programmes. While they are currently functional in nature, there is scope to improve the overall on platform shopper journeys, which will improve platform conversion arising out of a friction free shopper journey.

Scope of Work: Conduct a full evaluation of the on-platform shopper journeys on U Shop and MyKirana (mweb+Android+iOS). This would involve leveraging data from various tech tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MoEngage, Adjust and Shopify, to come up with specific recommendations to improve the shopper flow. Qualitative inputs basis past experience would be an added value add.

Quantitative & Qualitative analysis of the existing shopper flows on www.theushop.inopens in a new windowm.mykirana.comopens in a new window, MyKirana Android App. Specific friction points identified. Specific recommendations in terms of tech/design changes needed to reduce identified friction points

Expected business Impact: Improved platform conversion arising out of a friction free shopper journey.

Key Skills Required :

  • UI/UX expert, comfort with data, past experience in identifying and removing friction points in an on-platform journey.
  • Comfort with Shopify, Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics is necessary. Adjust & MoEngage are good to know.
  • Prior experience with a Shopify platform is a plus along with experiences in Digital first industries/ eCom/ UI/UX.
