We, IFS ESG team lookouts for dynamic and open-minded individuals to join us as Data Engineer and Power BI developer to work with ESG-related Developments.

This is a great opportunity to work in the Labs team, helping bring innovation to life. The product area is for Sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) where you will get the opportunity to work on developing products aimed at helping companies achieve their sustainability goals and report on their progress in-line with international standards. The product is in an incubation phase giving the opportunity work on iterative product development consistent with a customer centric approach.

You are responsible for building, managing, and integrating multiple Power BI reports and dashboards for business applications and analytics.

Specifically, it will involve:

• Implementing robust data pipeline using Azure Data Services
• Development and deployment of new data platforms
• Evaluate business needs and objectives
• Translating business data into informative visual stories
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
• Engaging and contributing with the Industries team to define and transform requirements
• Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
• Documenting developments including the technical setup and process
• Presenting and training on the developments

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications
• Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
• Analytical and Reporting skills (Power BI) would be a plus
• Data engineering certification will be an added advantage
• Tenacious, with a passion to get the job done
• Desire to learn new areas, find ways to improve and do things smarter
• Excellent verbal and written communication
