Founded in 2013, “We Are Team Rocket” is a growth marketing agency, and we are looking for a Data & Marketing Junior Associate (our office is based in Rajagiriya, but we are Headquartered in the UK). We are a close knit team of B2B outbound marketing and growth specialists.

Our global client roster includes a mixture of clients and agencies spanning countries such as Israel, United Kingdom, Singapore, France, Canada, Hong Kong and The USA.

As a Data & Marketing – Junior Associate, for the first few months you will be heavily supporting us on DATA and you’ll have the opportunity to create exciting campaigns and be trained on tech operations.

You will build your knowledge whilst working closely alongside experienced marketing, communications and data professionals to promote Rocket’s work and impact.

You will also gain an understanding of how data mechanisms work within the lead generation / marketing vertical, acquainted to hyper-personalized email automation, LinkedIn social selling and customer data acquisition, enrichment, targeting methodologies, beyond the usual norms of marketing.

Duration: minimum 12 months

You will be part of an excellent team and working environment which will support you in your learning, development, and implementation of knowledge. You will work in collaboration with various stakeholders to help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and conversion for Rocket and its clientele.

This is a full time role where you will be required to come into office twice a week.

Remuneration: Rs. 23,000 – 30,000 (based on experience) plus an additional anti-inflation bonus, transport allowance and added commission based on performance.
