Debt Collection Manager
Be the key person to the Debt collection Department and accountable for Debt collection activities in the organization
Responsibilities
• Plan and develop the debt collection processes: in-house debt collection, external debt collection and debt sales, skip tracing and other relevant activities.
• Implement credit policies and procedures according to best debt collection practices and local legislation.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and develop staff members within the collections department.
• Ensure budgeting and develop targets that complement the business goals of the Company.
• Develop reporting for monitoring and control the results and effectiveness of the processes and employees.
• Hands-on approach on daily activities
• Analyse delayed portfolio and its performance, identify possible solutions to decrease non-performing portfolio and ensure their implementation
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of management experience in similar field
• Higher education in management, finance economics, business or similar area.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experienced user of MS office (including MS Excel).
• Good analytical and argumentation skills, ability to analyze data and translate results into numbers and solutions;
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
• Patient, balanced and self-motivated person, who is able to work in a fast-paced international and diverse environment.
