We are in search of dynamic individuals to join our HR – TA Team. Responsibilities

  • Establish recruitment and applicant requirements by studying SBU plans and objectives and meeting with Hiring Manager to discuss recruitment needs.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with Hiring Manager, Business Leaders & Client HR.
  • Build applicant sources via Head Hunters, Media, Social Media sites and attending Career Fairs at Universities & Institutes.
  • Determine applicant qualifications via tele-assessments, interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, updating documents in a timely manner and ensuring adherence to defined process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Professional qualification in HR
  • Minimum 1 year in recruitment
  • Experience in BPO industry and apparel sector would be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in General HR functions is preferred.
  • Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office & in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
  • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
  • Customer service orientation.
