Deputy Analyst (Junior Executive) – Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
- Establish recruitment and applicant requirements by studying SBU plans and objectives and meeting with Hiring Manager to discuss recruitment needs.
- Develop strong relationships and partner with Hiring Manager, Business Leaders & Client HR.
- Build applicant sources via Head Hunters, Media, Social Media sites and attending Career Fairs at Universities & Institutes.
- Determine applicant qualifications via tele-assessments, interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, updating documents in a timely manner and ensuring adherence to defined process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Professional qualification in HR
- Minimum 1 year in recruitment
- Experience in BPO industry and apparel sector would be an added advantage
- Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization.
- Experience in General HR functions is preferred.
- Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office & in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
- Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
- Customer service orientation.
