DevOps Engineer
Areas of key responsibilities:
- Building and setting up new development environments and infrastructure
- Deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Ensure all Development Assets and Development Environments comply with Global Security Policies and Standards
- Ensuring that systems developed are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Design procedures for system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
Background and Experience:
- Bachelors level qualifications in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology or any Professional Certification in related Disciplines
- 2-4 years of Industry experience in Systems Engineering or DevOps role
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft and AWS
