DevOps Lead / Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Description
- Ensure production systems are fully operational and all service outage is restored within the SLAs.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and detecting root causes for infrastructure issues.
- Work with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes for system operation.
- Automation and scripting via Ansible, Python, Bash, Terraform.
- Support upgrades and new deployments of the applications.
- Maintain the test systems, ensuing they are up to date.
- Identify improvements and product enhancements to continuously improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience with integrating, troubleshooting, and identifying the root cause of issues in production/test systems.
- Experience with Nginx, HAProxy, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript and Ansible.
- Knowledge on Restful web services and data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Knowledge of SQL, the ability to write and execute queries and understand database.
- Comfortable with GitLab CI/CD.
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
- Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure and Serverless technologies would be advantageous
