Description
- Design, implement, integrate, and operate various telco services.
- Practice agile methodologies in delivering new products and services.
- Realize operation excellence through simplification, digitization, and automation.
- Research, conduct trials and implement Devops best practices.
- Propose and implement enhancements, optimizations to the Content and voice applications through research, prototyping, customer behavior analysis, technology, and industry trends to provide an improved service to the end customer
- Analyze, troubleshoot & fix issues related to products functionalities and overall technologies related to Content and voice platforms
- Implementation of various information security controls to ensure that the product and services are compiled to organizational information security policies and industry best practices.
Entry Requirements
- A B.sc degree in Engineering in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics or Computer from recognized University accredited by IESL
- Overall knowledge of Telecommunication networks and systems, IP and Internet technologies, software Devops, operating systems and open-source software, software product architectures and life cycle, virtualization, cloud technologies
